We’re thrilled to welcome you to SmokeSlam next week! Get ready for an unforgettable experience—alongside the incredible samples you’ll be judging, the event will feature Live Fire Demos, the Bazaar, outstanding live music, and so much more.
We hope you take full advantage of everything SmokeSlam has to offer.
Please review the key information below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
- Parking will be available at the Downtown Mobility Center, located at 60 Beale St., Memphis, TN 38103. For Full parking instructions, please reach out to Kelley Evans at kevans12001@gmail.com
- Each judge will receive a three-day Judge Pass along with a three-day Guest Pass.
- Please always wear your SmokeSlam credentials while on festival grounds.
- The best gate to utilize as a judge is the North Entrance at Beale St.
- Guest Passes must be picked up by the judge. The Staff Credential Office will not hold passes for guests.
- Credential pick-up is at the Staff Credential Office at the North Entrance (Beale St.). Credentials may be picked up in advance—please refer to the posted hours of operation. The office opens at 7:00 AM on Saturday, May 17. Full credential pick-up instructions are available HERE.
- Safety and security are our top priorities. Please take a moment to review the festival FAQs and Entry Protocols. Note: A clear bag policy is in place and wearable rain gear is recommended. Full event FAQs can be found HERE.
- Once you’ve received your credentials, proceed to the Judging Area to check in. Judging times are listed below:
o Thursday, May 15 for WFC Ancillary Judging check-in by 9:30am. The meeting will begin at 10:00am
o Friday, May 16 for WFC Ancillary Judging check-in by 9:30am. The meeting will begin at 10:00am
o Saturday, May 17 for MBN BBQ Judging check-in by 8:00am. The meeting will begin at 8:30am
