MBN Judge Class

Memphis Barbecue Network will be conducting a judge training class that covers all aspects of barbecue judging and even provides the opportunity to taste barbecue from two Championship Teams.  Once you have completed the course, you will be eligible to judge at the Big Pig Jig.
